Return and Refund Policy

Return Period (14 Days)

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 calendar days of the delivery date of your order. The 14-day window begins on the day your package is marked as delivered. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.

Refunds and Exchanges (Store Credit Only)

We do not issue cash refunds for returned items. All approved returns are offered store credit or an exchange for another item of equal value Store credit is provided for the full purchase price of the returned item(s) and can be used toward a future purchase at BeaBelle Jewelry. If you prefer an exchange, we will happily exchange your returned item for a different size or a new item (subject to stock availability) instead of issuing store credit. No refunds will be credited back to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, including:

  • Personalized or Custom-Made Jewelry: Any piece that is made-to-order, engraved, or customized to your specifications is final sale and cannot be returned. These items are crafted just for you, so we cannot restock or resell them.

  • Final Sale Items: Items marked “Final Sale” (if any are indicated as such on our site) cannot be returned or exchanged. (At this time, BeaBelle Jewelry does not designate regular products as final sale aside from the categories above.)

Condition of Returned Items

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and Unworn: The jewelry must be in new condition, without any signs of wear, alteration, or damage.

  • Original Packaging: Item should be returned in its original packaging, including any jewelry boxes, pouches, certificates, and all original tags or labels attached.

  • Proof of Purchase: A copy of the sales receipt, order confirmation email, or other proof of purchase must be included with your return. This helps us verify the purchase and process your return quickly.

Items that do not meet these conditions (e.g. show signs of use or missing original packaging/tag) may be refused or subject to denial of the return. We reserve the right to inspect all returned items and deny a return if the conditions above are not met.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at beabellejewelry@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. In your email, include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will respond with return instructions, including the return shipping address and any necessary Return Authorization details. Please do not send your item back without first contacting us, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

After you contact us, we will guide you through the return process. Pack the item securely in the original packaging (with all tags and proof of purchase included) to prevent damage in transit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return package to ensure it reaches us safely.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the shipping costs of sending back return items. BeaBelle Jewelry does not provide prepaid return labels, so you will need to arrange and pay for your own return shipping. We suggest using an insured and trackable shipping method (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) for your protection. Original shipping fees (the cost you paid to have the order shipped to you) are non-refundable. We are not liable for return packages lost or damaged in transit, so please retain your shipping receipt and tracking information.

Processing Store Credits and Exchanges

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return conditions. This inspection typically occurs within 2–3 business days of receipt. We will then notify you via email that your return has been approved or if any issue arose.

  • If Approved: We will issue your store credit for the full value of the returned item (excluding any original shipping fees). Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital gift code or credit memo that can be used on our website. Our store credits do not expire and can be used toward any future purchase. If you requested an exchange, we will ship out the replacement item as soon as the return is approved. Exchange orders are typically sent out within a couple of business days after we process your return, subject to product availability.

  • If Not Approved: If the returned item fails to meet our return criteria (for example, it is worn or a non-returnable item), we will contact you via email. We can either send the item back to you or discuss other resolutions, but no store credit or exchange will be issued for items that do not qualify under our policy.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at beabellejewelry@gmail.com as soon as possible (ideally within 7 days of delivery) with your order details and a description of the issue. We will work quickly to resolve the problem. In cases of our error or a faulty product, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. If a replacement is not available, we will offer you a full refund or store credit, according to your preference. For defective/incorrect items, BeaBelle Jewelry will cover any return shipping costs necessary to correct the issue (we will either send you a prepaid return label or otherwise reimburse your shipping expense) We want you to love your purchase, and we will make sure any product quality issues are made right.
